KRIMS Platform Documentation
User guides for administrators, sales, engineers, customers and vendors — plus workflow documentation for every core module. English is the master language.
- 1. Sign in with your admin account and open /admin (the CMS is restricted to the admin role — non-admins see an access-denied screen).
- 2. Use the left sidebar to switch between 37 modules: dashboard, leads, products, manufacturers, content, finance, procurement, engineering, marketplace and KEOS modules.
- 3. Each module is a table with search, filters and a New/Edit form; required fields are enforced by the database, so incomplete records cannot be saved.
- 4. Use Dashboard for live record counts and Lead Management to work the sales pipeline.
- 5. System Settings holds global configuration (SMTP, WhatsApp, API, backups); Roles & Permissions manages access; Audit Logs show change history.
