1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KRIMS Meditech Solutions website, portals and services. By accessing the website or submitting an enquiry, quotation request or order, you agree to these Terms. If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of Our Services
KRIMS is a business-to-business healthcare technology and hospital infrastructure company. The website is a product catalogue and information resource — it is not an online shop. Prices, where displayed, are indicative; binding commercial terms are established only in a written quotation issued by KRIMS and accepted by the customer.
3. Quotations & Requests
Submitting a Request for Quotation does not constitute an order or an offer. Quotations issued by KRIMS are valid for the period stated in them (typically 30 days unless otherwise indicated) and are subject to equipment availability, exchange rates and manufacturer confirmation. A purchase order becomes binding only after written acceptance by KRIMS.
4. Orders, Delivery & Acceptance
Delivery periods are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by manufacturer lead times, shipping and customs. Equipment is installed, commissioned and calibrated by KRIMS or authorised engineers. Warranty terms are as stated in the applicable quotation, purchase order or maintenance contract. The customer must provide reasonable site readiness (power, space, access) for installation.
5. Payment
Payment terms are stated in each quotation or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes, duties and charges, which are the customer's responsibility. KRIMS may require advance payment or letters of credit for international orders.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, catalogues, guides and platform materials are the property of KRIMS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or portals: no unauthorised access attempts, scraping, interference with service operation, or transmission of unlawful content. Portal accounts are personal to your organisation; you are responsible for keeping credentials secure.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is". While we take care to present accurate product information, specifications and availability may change; always confirm critical requirements with our team. Information and AI-assisted guidance on this platform are for business and procurement purposes only and do not constitute medical, clinical or regulatory advice. 9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible, failing which they are subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts or the arbitration agreed in the applicable commercial contract.
